What we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your work email address, firm name, role, approximate number of fee-earners, your stated commercial frustration, and any note you add. If you complete the Yield Leak Scorecard we also record the answers you gave and the score produced, so that the report we send you is about your firm rather than a generic one.
The calculators and the scorecard run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us, or to anyone else, unless and until you submit a form asking us to email you something.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry, to send the report or articles you asked for, and to work out whether we are the right firm to help you. Our lawful basis is your consent where you have ticked the box, and our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who else sees it
We use Apollo.io as our customer relationship management system and to send email. Your details are stored there. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client or an active prospect, and for two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time — every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works. Email hello@rulefourconsulting.co.uk and we will action it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled we use a privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement tool that does not identify individual visitors.
